What key piece of advice would you give to other business owners?
Pursue God’s will and never give up!
What question do your customers ask most often? And how do you answer?
Oddly the question I get most often is “You look expensive, how much do you charge?” Most people who have never worked with an event planner are unsure how much services cost or if a professional will fit within their budget. I simply thank them for the compliment and suggest scheduling a consultation! There is no standard price and once prospective customers see the value in my service the price becomes inconsequential.
How do you define success?
Success is turning your passion into profit!
Why did you start your business?
The politically correct answer, I wanted to invest in my own vision. The real truth is I hate waking up early and systematic routine. I need to carve out my own path and do my own thing.
Does the name of your business have a significant meaning? If so describe.
Yes, since I love to shop for any and everything and decorate my friends call me “Mrs. Fashionista” so I thought I wanted to be the “Fashionista” of events.
What separates your business from the competition?
I am driven by passion, not profit. I truly love making an impact through making someone’s vision a reality.
What and or who inspires you?
My inspiration is simple, God and my husband Chris.
